RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below carefully.

Returns  
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at TMjewels@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items  
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products  
- Items marked as final sale  
- Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer  

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We only replace items
